Subscription Policy

Subscribe & Save is an optional way to keep eligible Rytonic staples arriving on a predictable schedule.

Discount and billing

Eligible subscription items receive 15% off the current one-time price. Your selected payment method is charged automatically on each renewal date, plus applicable tax and shipping. Discounts cannot be combined unless an offer expressly allows it.

Frequency

The default cadence is every 30 days unless a different interval is displayed when you subscribe. Pricing, availability and terms shown at the time of each renewal apply, subject to any notice required by law.

Manage your routine

Use the secure subscription portal linked in your account or subscription emails to skip, pause, change or cancel before the next renewal. Changes made after a renewal has processed apply to the following cycle.

Out-of-stock products

If a subscription item is unavailable, the shipment may be delayed, skipped or refunded. We will not substitute a different product without permission.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time before the next renewal. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not automatically cancel an order already processed. Contact support promptly if you need help.
