Every order is prepared with care and sent with tracking once it leaves the fulfillment center.

Processing

Most Rytonic products are branded and fulfilled on demand. Please allow approximately 5–9 business days for production and processing before carrier pickup. During launches, holidays or unusually high order volume, processing may take longer.

Shipping rates

Standard U.S. shipping is $9.99, or complimentary when your merchandise subtotal is $75 or more after discounts. Expedited U.S. shipping, when available, is $29.99. Current international rates are shown at checkout and may vary by destination.

Tracking and delivery

When your order ships, tracking is sent to the email used at checkout. Carrier delivery estimates begin after processing and are not guarantees. Rytonic is not responsible for carrier delays, but our support team will help investigate a shipment that appears lost or stalled.

International orders

Recipients are responsible for duties, taxes and customs fees unless checkout explicitly says otherwise. International orders may be delayed by customs. Review your address carefully before ordering.

Address changes

Contact support immediately. Because production can begin quickly, an address cannot always be changed after an order is submitted.
